We handle the day-to-day bookkeeping so you don’t have to. Think accurate books, reconciled accounts, clean financial reports, and QuickBooks Online that actually makes sense — all while staying IRS-compliant and GAAP-friendly.

Who do you work with?

Small business owners in Louisville and across Kentucky (and a few fun clients beyond). We especially love service businesses, contractors, retailers, and anyone tired of wrestling with their own books.

Do you only use QuickBooks Online?
Yes — it’s our happy place. We’re certified and love optimizing QBO for Kentucky businesses. (Xero fans are welcome too!)

How much does it cost?

Packages start at a flat monthly rate based on your transaction volume and needs. No surprise hourly billing. We’ll scope it out during a free chat so you know exactly what to expect.

Are you a CPA?
No — I’m a professional bookkeeper. Tax strategy and returns are best handled by your CPA. We work great alongside them and happily hand off whatever they need.

Can you catch up messy books?

Absolutely. We’ve rescued many “shoebox situations” and turned them into tidy, accurate records. No judgment — just solutions.

Where are you located?
Right here in Louisville, Kentucky. We work remotely with clients statewide, but local coffee meetings are always welcome.
